The main risks and how we control them.

Every business has risks. Here's how they're addressed in our model.

R1

You own the car

The car is registered in your name. Even if something happens to the operator, the asset stays with you.

R2

Client deposits

Every rental is taken with a deposit. It covers minor damage and typical risks.

R3

Operating business

We already have a fleet and occupancy. You're not entering a startup.

R4

Transparent accounting

All income and expenses are tracked. You see the real economics.

Common questions from investors.

What if a client damages the car?+
Most cases are covered by the deposit and insurance. Rare major losses are split by the same 70/30 formula as profit.
Can I use the car myself?+
Yes. Block the dates in advance — we simply don't rent on those days.
When will I start receiving payouts?+
Typically 4–6 weeks after the car is launched.
Can I invest if I'm not a Serbian resident?+
Yes. We guide you through registering the company and the car in your name.
How do I exit the investment?+
Any time. You can take the car back or sell it. 30 days' notice so we can close pending bookings.
How many cars can I take on?+
One is enough. There's no upper limit.
Why a 30% commission?+
It covers marketing, customer work, and management. Without it, occupancy and income would be materially lower.
